Have you asked in the Vista SP1 beta newsgroups to see if anyone
else running Money Plus is having this problem?

When you installed, did you right-click the installer program and
choose RunAsAdministrator. If not, consider reinstall that way.

I would also start Money once by right-clicking the Money icon and
choosing RunAsAdministrator.

When you get Money open, write down the serial number from
Help-> About. If you contact Microsoft Support, use that as your
product ID.

I meant to say that i have installed SP1 for vista
I did go through the article but still the same result

I recently selfhosting SP1 and unistalled 2005 and installed money 2008 but
when i try to start it, the application dies
