When you installed, did you right-click the installer program and> I did go through the article but still the same result choose RunAsAdministrator. If not, consider reinstall that way. I would also start Money once by right-clicking the Money icon and choosing RunAsAdministrator. When you get Money open, write down the serial number from Help-> About.
