Thank you Cal,

I purchased the Money program as a bundle with tax Cut. When I go to
"findmyorder.com" I get the Tax Cut page and order information. If I try toe
downloader from that site I still get the message that the Key cannot be
identified.

Ther was no option for an extended download offering that I can see.

How do I find and move the install file you mentioned?

Thanks

I also assume that you did not purchase the additional extended
download offering.

You could see if http://www.findmyorder.com offers a later download
for a fee. You may have already been there.
