Don't know for sure, but I'd bet that printing checks was deemed too
frivolous for Money Essentials (MEss).

The basic model for MEss is that users do everything online and take the
banks' word for everything. It's not much better than a bank's website in
that regard.

Essentially none of the regulars use MEss and nobody who does has ever
posted here more than once or twice, so it will be hard for us to give you
the definitive answer.

Your best bet is to download the real Money and move on.
