There is no guarantee that they won't be added back in the future,
but you can't assume they will.

Maybe never?

Microsoft Money depends on the financial provider in question cooperating or
a third party service caring enough and being able to scrape some website.
(Yodlee is the sole third party transaction data provider for Money; Money
used to use CashEdge as well but for reasons that have not been publicly
discussed but that probably include the business relationship between
Microsoft and CashEdge and money flow from one to the other. That change is
probably the source of your frustration here.)

If Yodlee doesn't/can't/won't scrape these and/or the provider won't play
along and expose an OFX interface, there is NOTHING Money can do and little
Microsoft can do. Screen Scraping via Yodlee or otherwise was a bargain with
the devil.

That's as straight an answer as you're probably going to get, but post back
if you get a better one somewhere else.
