Default Changing category for all transactions of same name

I just recently started using Microsoft Money 2002. I imported
everything from the Quicken, which I used to use for the past two
years. I've never used categories before and now I would like to
start using them. But there is a problem.

I have a ton of transactions called Cingular, every month I have a new
transaction. There is no category assigned for any of these
transactions. What I want to do is assign a "Cell Phone" category to
one Cingular transaction, and have this category be assigned to every
single instance of Cingular.

I've tried changing the category for my last transaction and that
works fine, but it does not change the category for every single
Cingular. I'd have to manually go through and change all 25 of them.
I'd like to assign categories to all my frequent transactions in order
to use some of the fancy graphs and charts, but I'm not going to do
this if I have to do it manually for all nine million transactions
that I've made in the past three years.

Any suggestions?
Thanks, Nick
