Default Re: Pay Balance Each Period still calculates interest-why?

I know DRP does this. I don't mess with Essential *. Try changing to
Advanced Bills and no DRP and see what happens.

Sorry about that...

Versions 2006/2008 (x by x install). Using Essential. In the Account
Details when setting up an account you check "Pay Balance Each Period," but
it still generates interest for the payment and one way you can see it is
Scheduled Bills. This also happens whether or not I use Debt Reduction
Plan managing the bill.
Thanks

How about providing us some more context so we can maybe help better. What
version/edition are you using? Are you using Essential or Advanced
Register/Bills? Are you talking about the "Pay Balance Each Period" setting
in Account Details? (I'm not sure this is used much of anywhere so I'm not
sure why they have the checkbox.) Where are you seeing the estimated balance
that includes interest? Do you have a Debt Reduction Plan managing the bill?

Default Pay Balance Each Period still calculates interest-why?

Why does Money continue to estimate a Pay Balance Each Period that includes
Interest? I would not be charged Interest if I paid the balance each
period. I can get around this by setting a 0% Introductory Rate but I
should not have to tweak the software like this.

Am I missing something?
