This worked for me when I couldn't get any online banking downloads.

Jeff, thanks for passing this along

Jeff,

That is really interesting. In my case, it automagically fixed
itself, but I have saved your transcript for future reference, just in
case. Thanks!

Allan,

I just got off a chat with Microsoft for the exact same problem. Here
is the transcript:

*7:42:07 PM Brian
Thank you for using Microsoft Money Chat Support. My name is Brian.
May I call you Jeffrey?
*7:42:37 PM JeffL
*7:45:16 PM Brian
Ok so you are having an issue with the online services in money
expiring, is this correct?
*7:46:25 PM JeffL
Yup. Wouldn't think I'd have a problem for at least another year and a
half.
*7:47:36 PM Brian
Ok, we can take care of this issue, there was a patch released for
this issue, all you need to do is basically repair the money file,
open money, click file, then repair money file, select standard file
repair.
*7:48:06 PM Brian
In the first box you will need to browse for your money file, in the
second you will need to give the repaired file a name
*7:48:15 PM JeffL
Is there any chance this is going to F'up my data file?
*7:48:26 PM Brian
Then walk through the wizard selecting level 2 standard
*7:48:31 PM Brian
No
*7:51:48 PM JeffL
Begin Repair?
*7:51:56 PM Brian
yes
*7:52:25 PM JeffL
Done
*7:52:51 PM Brian
So now you will need to open the repaired file that was created
*7:54:25 PM JeffL
Opened. Update?
*7:54:36 PM Brian
yes

After this it updated fine, but I had to exit out of Money and reopen
it.

Hope this helps.
Jeff

Sure sounds like a better message than the ones described in the other
thread.

Default Really, REALLY early feature expiration!

Good morning,

This morning, when I tried to download the latest stock prices using
Money 2007, I got the following message: "The following information
applies to feature expirations occurring in 705 days, on 9-1-09." Each
time I cleared the message and tried again, I got the same message.
Closing Money 2007 and reopening did not help, but after a reboot, the
problem message went away. Perhaps a MS server problem, but not a
good way to start the day.
