In setting up a loan where you track the details, "balloon" would be
a last big payment. Typically that would be zero. You leave one
factor blank for Money to calculate. If after the five years you
expect to refinance, you could leave the balloon blank to have money
just calculate how much is due then.

(and added to the loan) each month, but it not require the payments start
until Aug 2011 because of the deferment?...

I just want a way to be able to track everything so that I can see that my
"networth" is really less than what it currently shows because of this
student loan. Any assistance would be greately appreciated. Thanks.
