| As to be expected. You pay good money for a program to organize and automatically update your accounts. Only to find out the empire has programed it to shut down and stick a hand out for more money. -- The glass is half empty. | Please read the End User License Agreement in Help|About with special emphasis on the Online Services Term. It's expired. "Chad" <Chad[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:EA615F2A-EB7A-46BF-8775-4491C35612E1[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > What could possible cause this? |

Online services expiration.> Prices (under the Portfolio Tab), the only option I get is Update > Manually....there used to be a drop down update online button but it is no > longer there..... > Obviously, very frustrating. Help-> About-> OnlineServicesPolicy and Help-> About-> LicenseAgreement (section 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS) will explain it. There should have been a pop-up warning earlier. |

| I can no longer update my investment prices online. When I choose Update Prices (under the Portfolio Tab), the only option I get is Update Manually....there used to be a drop down update online button but it is no longer there..... Obviously, very frustrating. When I open a new file, I have the button. I've tried to repair database but it finds nothing wrong. I've tried Backing Up and then restoring with no luck. What could possible cause this? -Chad |
