| The Bill Insights no longer shows DEPOSITS like the former Money Express did before 2005. So, home business owners have even less functionality than before because deposits due from customers do not show under Bill Insights. Don't bother to upgrade until Microsoft actually put more funtionality or at least the basics to the business side of "Home & Business" version. I want to know when incoming money is due as DEPOSITS-- Not just outgoing money in Bills! Fix Money Insights to put back the previous option to "Display direct debits/deposits"! |

| Well this suggestion is good, however I have another important problem with testing Money Insights since 2005 (formerly Money Express) that were in previous versions of Money Home & Business. Microsoft seems to continue ignoring the business features of this software and has even removed features from previous versions? It makes no sense to decrease business functionality in the "home business" version. The old Money Express worked better because it had the option to "Display direct debits/deposits" and allowed for the display of DEPOSITS--Not just Bills! This is extremely important for small home business to show when invoices and credits are due from customers. Even though Microsoft has not added any important business features to this program at all, especially to the Invoice Designer, at least the Insights could have been left functional to display DEPOSITS as Express did. Without Insights showing DEPOSITS on Windows startup, there is no reason for small business owners to upgrading. Microsoft has to really upgrade the Home & Business version on the business side, and until then we are now deating to will continue to use Money H&B 2004 or change software altogether. Fix Bill Insights to put back the fromter option to "Display direct debits/deposits"! |

| I'm very happy to see Microsoft restored functionality of displaying upcoming bill alerts without having to open Money. One small change to Bills Insights would improve the customer experience: Do NOT open the Bills Insights dialog box when there are no upcoming bills in Money. Opening a dialog box even when there are no upcoming bills forces customers to close the Insights dialog box every single time their computer starts which becomes annoying right away. The visual que of a normal blue Insights icon in the system tray is sufficient in this case. You could change the default behavior as indicated and/or include an option to choose whether Money should open the dialog even when there is no reason to open it. This is a simple enhancement that I believe customers will appreciate. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
