I'm pretty sure that is a spam bot. From the amount I've seen of them
lately, it's almost got me to block all messages posted through
googlegroups. You can try reporting it to groups-abuse[at]google.com, but
it's unlikely they will do much unless they get reports from many
different messages posted from the same IP.
