Not directly. Any bank downloading via any method where Money makes the
connection, whether it is one that requires Passport/LiveID or not, has been
terminated for M05 per the policy Mark referenced. It's just Microsoft's way
of a) ridding the world of obsolete version of Money, and b) getting
everyone to pay up as a function of the ongoing utility they are getting
from the product rather than just getting your money once for many years of
use.
