Check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled in IE. That checkbox may be
in Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced.

I see two Hewitts listed. Are you sure they used the same password
for Microsoft Money access as for web access? Some brokers do, and
some use a different one.

Default problem updating account online in Money Plus

Hi all,

I just upgraded (kicking and screaming) from Money 2004 to Money Plus.
Prior to the upgrade I was able to download account activity for my
401k with Hewitt. After the upgrade, money is returning a password
error when attempting to retrieve the information. I'm able to log
into the website with no problem, and the information stored in Money
matches (it carried over from 04). Everything worked perfectly prior
to the upgrade. Any ideas?
