You will need to contact the MS online store at 952-646-5047 so they can
address the issue you are experiencing with the expired key.

My computer was damage and had to get a new computer when i used the Cd that
I got from Digital River it said it could not validate purchase key for
money
Ask to enter keys if it was purchased and i did enter the keys i was gived
when i got the Cd
but said a bad keey or name
does anyone know how i can install this on my new laptop ?
