| Watch that second person pronoun. 99.999% of the people who will read this are your fellow users who suffer equally and 0.001% of the people who read this won't be moved to action by seeing it in this forum. | Well clearly it looks like there are a lot of issues with accounts after upgrading to 2008. For my particular situation I had to delete my checking account with over a year of history in order to get it working again. Is preserving historical financial information not important here? My accounts were working fine prior to July so whatever was done in that update right before plus was released really sucks and you should be ashamed that you cannot release quality financial management software every year without screwing existing users. I mean come on you guys are barely changing anything it almost seems like your goal is to screw it up….. | Hello, I'm seeing the same problem with duplicate transactions using Money Plus Deluxe Trial and Citibank. It appears that Money Plus is downloading every single update but it isn't upating the previousle downloaded transactions. So, a payment or a deposit that appeared on a certain day would appear again as another transaction. In addition, sometimes the initial amount on the transaction is different than the final amount! Are there any patches or work-arounds available? Thanks, David "Display_Name" wrote: - quote - > When I did the initial upgrade to Money+ or the patch right before I had to > disable my Citibank account then re enable it. | When I did the initial upgrade to Money+ or the patch right before I had to disable my Citibank account then re enable it. This process went fine and was working for like the last month. I think there was another update last week or so and ever since then when I update it adds duplicate accounts for my Citibank Checking and Savings account then complains at me to merge. If I tell it to merge then it wants to discard all my entries in these accounts for the last year… (Needless to say I don’t want to do this) So now even if I do merge the accounts the next time I go to update it adds duplicate accounts. Anyone else seeing anything like this? Even if I can find some way to fix this is there some way I can grab the transaction history out of another backup file and add just that? |
