I have the email DR and it doesn't have a Key code in it. I tried installing it again and gives me 3 choices One to purchase, one to enter my key and right now I can't remember the third. I am not where my desktop. I am so frustrated. I guess I will contact DR to get the key. I don't know why it wasn't in the email and don't remember how I activated it when I purchased and downloaded it. | I have to send my notebook in for repairs. Since I don't know how long it will be gone I am trying to get the programs I use daily to work on my desktop. I installed an older copy of MSMoney (2003) on my desktop. I use 2007 on my laptop and my backup file is from Money2007. I can't install 2007 on my desktop due to some kind of licensing thing and will have to probably get a new license code to reinstall it on my laptop when I get it back (ya HP will be restoring my notebook back to 'original' configuration during repair) Anyway, when I select the restore feature and I point it towards the DVD in which the backup is burned to, it asks me to type in my current password for the backup file. So I type in the only password I know of that I use in Money and that is the one I log in to the program with. Well apparently that is not it. It wont restore without a password and I have NO IDEA what that password is. I don't recall Money2007 having me establish a password for backup files. I have only used one password in that program. HELP! I need to make sure I have my Money program working on my desktop while my laptop is being fixed. How can I get it running with my current backup file and up to date information? |
