From the Investing Portfolio page, choose Work with investments in the left
menu, then Delete an Investment. Any security that appears in black text can
be deleted if you choose, as no active transactions are associated with
those. If it appears in gray, then there are open positions that would need
to be closed before you can delete the securities.

Be aware however, that if you delete securities that you are no longer
using, and if they were ever used for transactions (buys, sells, etc), then
you will no longer have an accurate history for your investment accounts.
You might want to make sure you have a good paper trail for those particular
securities for tax purposes just in case it is ever needed.
