| All, I am running Money 2005 (version 14.0.125.1105) under Vista Ultimate and have recently started to get the "transaction cannot be entered" messages. Running "msmoney.exe -s" to salvage / repair the file seems to work just fine, but I'm getting concerned as to why this is recurring. It doesn't happen every time I start Money, but I've had to repair 3-4 times over the last week. Any ideas? Since my version is a few years old at this point, I'm curious if the new Money Plus provides any more stability or data integrity features than 2005? I backup my ".mny" file frequently, but would obviously like to preempt any catastrophic corruption. Thanks, -Gary |
