| Hi Glyn I get the same four boxes - but what do you mean by "Money should trap it if it's in a useable form."? When I go to my bank's site I can view online statements etc - how does Money "trap" this information? | Sounds different to the UK version then. I get four boxes which allow me to put in locations of the bank's home page, web statements logon page, web payment logon page and service information/support. I don;'t think by filling this stuff in it's going to make much difference to downloads. With those, it's worth just going to the bank's web site and downloading and seeing what happens. | Hi Glyn Well, that option allows me to enter the web page information, but when I press "update advanced web settings", it still takes me to the Online Services Manager page that shows ALL my banks under a heading "Banks that have no services". And the clickable link "Change financial institution" still only displays Mexican/Spanish banks - I cannot force it to add/recognise the bank I just modified - sigh. Because I manually added the web page information, it will take me to the bank's web page and internet banking login, but I expect that the ability to automatically download statements etc. to reconcile won't work because it is an "unrecognised" bank. I do appreciate your help and suggestions, but this is just weird!! | OK, so I go to the Online Services Manager and EVERY bank that I have entered is listed under a heading "Banks that have no services" with a clickable link to "change financial institution". If that link is clicked, I get Spanish/Mexican banks offered only. ?????? I cannot see how to set up services - it just won't let me unless I select from this list - and obviously I want to change what is displayed on that list. Why does it only present me with Spanish/Mexican banks (and only about 10)? Why not Australian, or US or UK - where does it get the crazy idea that I can only see Spanish/Mexican????? | You'll need to edit the advanced options on the bank details page. Not got Money available on this machine, but you should be able to get to it through the account list - select a bank from the bottom and the options is around there somewhere.
