Default MoneyCentral ActiveX plug-in pegs cpu at 50%

After I download the Portfolio Manager plug-in, it keeps my cpu at 50%
doing nothing:
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor...stomstocks.asp.
I've tried it on two machines with the same result. Has anyone been
able to get it to work on their machine?
