Try creating a new file with File-> New. Don't put a LiveID on the> account. No it will not let me create a new one either I get the same pop up > as stated above. (deleted back up from Vista machine) file by selecting Decline during startup. Does that work? That working would tend to say the problem is not with the installation - quote - > If M$ going to try to charge me to help with this problem??
Not if you choose the free support via support.microsoft.com/moneyHave your serial number from Help-> About to enter as the product ID during the process. - quote - > "TreyC" wrote: > > I am having the same exact issue. | OK clarification for my previous statement. I bought Money 2007 for my XP machine back in January. Works fine on the XP machine even now. when I install on my Vista machine I get a message like the OP. It says "Your sign in information could not be verified. Go online and reenter your sign in information." I am entering my correct windows live ID. I am trying to use an exhisting account. No it will not let me create a new one either I get the same pop up as stated above. I have tried opening with my current back up from my XP machine and then deleted that and tried as a fresh opening with no accou nt info or back up. (deleted back up from Vista machine) If M$ going to try to charge me to help with this problem?? "TreyC" wrote: - quote - > I am having the same exact issue. | I am having the same exact issue. I have run thru the help tips from Microsoft, all the chaging to my security, connection, etc in internet options. I am at a loss as what else to try. Could it be because I am using the program on my XP machine? I just got this Vista machine to replace the XP machine. Any help would be appreciated. | No, Money will not run. As soon as I enter my e-mail address and password it says they are not valid and shuts down. |

| Hi! I just bought an Acer Aspire with Vista Home Premium. I tried to install Money Deluxe 2007 and I got an incompatibility message. Money seems to have installed but as soon as I get to the Sign-in page I get a message that says my sign-in info is not valid. I checked all the info and everything is fine but I still can't sign in. Does anybody know what the problem is? |
