Have you tried the support for Ultrasoft Money? I find this to be the
best strategy. Sometimes a fix requires perseverence, but it has
always worked for me.

Default Ultrasoft Money: incomplete register

Hi,

I've found Ultrasoft Money to be brilliant for keeping a note of
expenditure when I'm on the move which I can then sync up with MS
Money on my PC at home. However, yesterday I noticed that in Ultrasoft
Money the register for my main bank account only has about five of my
most recent transactions stored, then a handful from May and that's
it! MS Money has the full record. Is there some simple setting that
needs fixing, because I can't find it if there is.

Cheers!

Martin
