You can select multiple bills by putting checkmarks in the Pay On Line boxes
to the left of the bills. This will not work for deposits or Apays however
since they don't have that box. Still it's better than nothing. Just
remember to remove the checkmarks when you are done (unless, of course, you
intend to make an online payment.

This is one of the most useful features of the bills summary. Why
would they remove this AGAIN??? This is the ONLY reason i do not
upgrade from 2005. I was so excited to be able to try the new Plus
version only to be disappointed that thsi feature is still missing!
UGH!

I found that you can use the "forecast cash flow" link on the left side of
the bills screen under "common tasks" and select only your bank account
(whatever you pay your bills from) and it will kinda do the same thing as
selecting multiple bills. I'm going to miss that feature for sure now that
I've gone from M05 to M+. Hope they bring this feature back.

The online help says you can select multiple bills, but I'll be darned if
I've been able to do it.

I've been using MM for many years for simple checkbook balancing and and to
keep a record of all my transactions. This was one of the most useful
features for me. As someone else mentioned it has been in and out of
versions - 2003 had it, 2004 didn't, 2005 had it, 2006 didn't. I'm
currently running 2006 and will not upgrade until this simple function is
put back in. In fact, the reason I'm browsing this group right now was in
anticipation of some good news that its there in the new release. Guess
I'll wait to see what happens next year....

I can't imagine the rationale for removing the feature. Microsoft's
knowledge base seems to be rather misleading on the matter. This article
claims that you CAN select multiple bills in ALL versions 2005 to Plus.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919526/en-us

Now I have to whip out a calculator (or do the subtraction in my head) to
get my checking account balance if I want to, say, pay 7 bills on the same
day ... good grief.

This feature has come and gone. For M07/M+, it's gone again.

Default Bills Summary: Unable to select multiple bills

I installed Money Plus Deluxe yesterday and converted my ongoing Money 2005
Deluxe file. In Money 2005 I was able to select multiple items in the bills
summary page using the Ctrl or Shift keys (as one does in any other
application). This enabled me to forecast what my running checking account
balance would be after paying multiple bills (located towards the bottom of
the screen). Money Plus Deluxe does NOT allow me to select more than one
item. I can select any one I want, but only one at a time. This is very
frustrating. I am using the Advanced bills summary.

Any idea what's going on? Thanks in advance for the help.
