Try copying Sample.mny from your "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money Plus" folder to your MyDocuments folder. Start Money by right-clicking that file with WindowsExplorer and choosing Open. Does that open OK? |

I'm running Windows XP SP2 and I installed Money Plus Deluxe (2008). Everything installed fine and when I launch it crashes. I performed all the problem/solutions from the MS support site and I've also tried the DEP solution. Nothing seems to work. Unfortunatly I purchased the product. Also, it uninstalled my Money 2005. I'm not a happy camper right now. Can anyone help? |
