Default Re: Historical Charts

Ok... so here is the deal... The first piece of info about going to
the Moneycentral site was very useful. However, what was heppening
was the ActiveX control was not getting installed. Come to find out,
in Windows Vista you must have UAC enabled to allow this ActiveX
control to instald.

So now the problem is resolved. I enabled UAC, installed the ActiveX
control and then disabled UAC again. Started Money and presto! there
is my historical charts!

Thanks for the help!

Mike

Thanks.
I could not get the active X control to install. Wierd! It works on
my other PC, not my Vista PC. Now I need to figure out how to clear
the installed activeX and reinstall. I will try this again!

Default RE: Historical Charts

Hi,

I had the same problem and was able to reach someone at Microsoft how
directed me to the following link (MSN Money Investment Tool Box) :

http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor...%3fipage%3dpmx

Ounce you're there, click: I don't see the chart.

It did the trick for me and I can now see historical chart.

Good luck.

Default Historical Charts

It seems that when I look at Historical charts in the investing protfolio,
I can not see the chart anymore. This used to work (couple of weeks ago)
and now it just shows the box with a little red X in the upper left of the
chart window.

I am using Windows Vista and Money 2006.
