| Hi: I uninstalled and reinstalled Money 2003 and also changed my .NET Passport password and still cannot enter a valid password to open Money 2003. I am at a total lost as to what I can do to open Money 2003 and use it. Again any help in resolution of this problem will greatly be appreciated. Hopefully someone has an answer. Money is upward compatible, and not downward compatible. You need a version at least as new as the one that you used when you used that Money file. |

If you are trying to open an existing file, you will need to use the same LiveID/Passport that was used on that file previously. If you are trying to create a new Money file, then adding a LiveID/Passport is optional (click decline to not have one). |

| Hi: When I click on Money 2003 shortcut I get a Welcome Password Sign-in. I have a Microsoft .Net Password that I use to sign in MSN Explorer and also Hotmail, but for some reason Money 2003 will not accept this password where I can continue to open this application. It does not ask for a User Name, but only a password. Any suggestions or recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks, ColTom |
