Let us know which was the problem module. it, the program functions fine. It is only if I have it on the home page, that the program will crash. I don't know why this suddenly started happening. Is Microsoft aware of this? I'm not the first person to report this problem. Thanks, Mark |

Go to Tools-> Settings-> ProgramSettings and set the (GeneralDisplay StartMoneyWithThisPageOpen:Accoun tList.Open the problem file once or twice. Then Tools-> Settings-> HomePageDisplayOptions and Remove the Investment Performance module. If you still have a problem, remove everything. If the problem goes away, you can add things back until the crash does not happen. Add back in the other things you want on the home page. Let us know which was the problem module. |

| I'm having an issue with my home page and a mscvr80.dll file. Just recently (it coincided with the August 17 networking issues, so I thought it had something to do with that, but now I'm not so sure). When I sign on and go to my MS Money home page, it will crash with a problem associated with the above file. I report it to Microsoft and when I close that box, it crashes the program. If I'm fast enough, after signing on, I go to anywhere else but the home page and the program will run fine - but if I do select, even then, to go to the home page, it will crash again. Everything else in the program seems to be working fine. I went into settings and set it now so that it doesn't open up on my home page when starting the program, but I would like to be able to use the home page. Any thoughts? I have no idea why this happened. Everything had been working fine before. I'm running Windows XP SP2, and MS Money 2007 Deluxe (version 16.0.120.1303) Thanks, Mark |
