OK. I found a message that says that I had to reinstall from the CD.
However since I downloaded the trial from MS and updated it from MS on line,
I have no CD. I do have Norton Antivirus. My network is DSL using
WindowsXP Professional, had Money 03 before. Statement downloads work just
fine.

lots more data. What's happening instead of what you were expecting? (Error
messages, etc.) What have you tried to do to fix it? What happened then?
