| Unless your Chase Bank system is different from mine (Chase New York, formerly Chase [not BankOne]), Chase uses direct downloads and not a 3rd party scraper. (Or you can download from their website). If that is the case with your Chase bank system as well, the update has nothing to do with you, as it only affected 3rd party banks. Have you tried a Level 1 and Level 2 file repair? Have you tried calling Technical support at Chase? -- Peace, BobJ "Cloey" <Cloey[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1ECFCF76-5B9F-4E04-B922-8896FDB16561[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > For a few weeks now, I have been unable to update my account information > with > Chase Bank with MS Money 2007. | For a few weeks now, I have been unable to update my account information with Chase Bank with MS Money 2007. I think this may have happend after some sort of recent "update"? I've used MS Money for about 10 years and have never had any problems before. I've tried to manually update multiple times without effect. When I check "Review Update Results", I consistently receive this message: Chase [check mark] Your last call was completed on xx-whatever the last time I tried to update-xxx [yellow exclamation mark] Your account information is being updated which may take a few minutes. If this message appears for more than five minutes, try again. However, whenever I try again (about one hundred times) nothing new happens. I checked the "MSN Network Status" and viewed the following page: http://www.microsoft.com/Money/Onlin...s/default.mspx I have gone through these instructions 3 times wtih the same problem. I've also uninstalled MS Money and reinstalled; but same problem. I've also tried some Google searching, but can't seem to find anything to help. MS Money has become absolutely worthless to me now; any suggestions of other things to get this to work? Thanks! |
