All other sections of the program work fine - it is only when I go to the home page that it pops up this msvcr80.dll issue and then upon reporting (or not reporting) the problem to Microsoft, it crashes the program Mark |

| Did you have a problem replying (I see three replies)? It may be file specific. Have you tried testing a new file or the sample.mny file? If those also fail (even without a Passport), then you may want to try reinstalling Money. If they work fine, try adding your original Passport to the new file, to see if it specific to that Passport. If that fails try creating a new Passport (Windows Live ID) to see if it is a general problem with sign in for Money 2007 on your computer. Can you think of anything else that may have changed on your computer? If none of the above helps, you may need to contact Support. -Mark "ATHiker95" <mholmes[at]gmail.com> wrote in message news:1187489187.432324.284510[at]r29g2000hsg.googlegroups.com... - quote - > On Aug 18, 9:26 am, "Mark" <a...[at]abcd.com> wrote: > > What version of Money and on what version of Windows? > > > -Mark"ATHiker95" <mhol...[at]gmail.com> wrote in message > > > news:1187443090.245973.47850[at]19g2000hsx.googlegroups.com... > > > > On Aug 18, 8:52 am, ATHiker95 <mhol...[at]gmail.com> wrote: > > > > On Aug 17, 1:11 pm, Cal Learner-- MVP <via_newsgr...[at]please.tnx> > > > wrote: > > > > > > http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com...orkstatus.aspx > > > > > > If you have trouble signing in with LiveID/Passport, click to work > > > > > offline and try again later. If I quickly move away from my home page, it seems I can use most of my account, but as soon as I move back to my home page, it seems to find something there that causes the msvcr80.dll to appear and then as soon as i close that box, the program closes itself.
