I would try switching to a different printer if you have one connected or to a pretend printer. CutePDF and PDF995 have free programs that give you a "printer" that actually prints to a PDF file. This could help isolate the problem, plus it is a good way to save paper. - quote - > Cheers, > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, Gabriel wrote: > > > > I upgraded to Windows Vista and I am now receiving the r6025 pure virtual > > > function call error when using Money 2006 > > > > > I tried this Support Article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/240437 but > > > still no success. > > > > > Most of those .dll files are not found on my computer. > > > > > Any Ideas, > > > Try reinstalling. > > > Be sure that your Money and backup files are moved to a spot that > > you will have full privileges to, such as Documents/MyDocuments. > > If they are in a place like ProgramFiles, Vista will create an > > impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the user > > explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose RunAsAdministrator > > that time. > > > Install Money from the Money 2006 install disk by browsing to the > > setup.exe file. | Hi Carl, Thanks for your reply. I have followed your recommendation but the issue prevails. To be exact it only happens when I try to print invoices. Regardless of the print method Money, at the moment I click print invoice, Money crashes with the r6025 error. I have not tested if it also crashes using other functionalities. Please advice if you have further recommendations. Try reinstalling.> function call error when using Money 2006 > I tried this Support Article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/240437 but > still no success. > Most of those .dll files are not found on my computer. > Any Ideas, Be sure that your Money and backup files are moved to a spot that you will have full privileges to, such as Documents/MyDocuments. If they are in a place like ProgramFiles, Vista will create an impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the user explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose RunAsAdministrator that time. Install Money from the Money 2006 install disk by browsing to the setup.exe file. Right-click that file, and choose RunAsAdministrator. After install, right-click the Money icon and choose RunAsAdmistrator to let updates happen. Then reboot the computer. |
