PROBLEM SOLVED. Digitalriver Customer Service handled the issue promptly and
to my satisfaction. Good service. !!

Apparently these are several offers MS makes that don't necessarily bring
you to the right web site to order for an additional discount as advertised.
I found the link, followed it to the right site and there was what was
advertised. Took a little hunting to find it thou....

My version of Ms Money Deluxe pops up a message : to get an ADDITIONAL $10
off, follow the links. After following the links, the rebate is $20 off
(offered to all who arrives at that web site). Where's the 'extra?
I don't think it exists. But, now dealing with DigitalRiver to clear up
the confusion, or is it got ya, or just three card monty?

What ever happened to the days where a deal is a deal?

Oh well....

The $20 rebate for downloads requires that you send in the downloaded
rebate form and a copy of the purchase confirmation email.

Sorry for the typo above. I actually meant
www.microsoft.com/money/order.aspx. (I clicked Send too quickly.)

Default Rebate w/ Download Product?

I'm confused. I was looking at purchasing M+ Deluxe at
www.microsof.com/order.aspx and understood that it costs $49.99 and you get
a $20 mail-in rebate. I clicked on Download and saw a screen that said it
was $39.99. It included a rebate form at no cost. When I clicked on that,
it said "you MAY be entitled to a rebate" (my emphasis).

What gives? If you do the download, do you get a rebate or not? Is the
rebate still $20 or only $10?

Thanks for any help.
