I think the underlying problem is the security on a folder on the download site. Microsoft has used other suppliers to provide many downloads for> You'd think Microsoft could afford to host the trial download on their own > servers... years. Akamai was one of the long time suppliers for those downloads from Microsoft. But this is being sent out by Digital River, under contract with Microsoft, who makes the transport arrangements.
