In the AccountList if you de-select
SortAccountListBy-> HideClosedAccounts, you will be able to see the
account listed. If it says you have transactions or positions to
read from some past download, right click where it says that. Choose
to delete the statement.

You can hide the closed accounts again.

Money 2007 I set both the accounts to closed. When I went to my budget the
accounts no longer show up and none of the transactions show up. This screws
up my monthly budgets prior to when I closed the accounts and it screws up
the annual budget as well. How can I mark the accounts closed but still have
them show up in budget.

Also I would like to stop the online updates for these accounts. I read an
earlier post that says to stop online updates for the bank in question and
then set up online updates again and only the remaining active account will
we show up in money. This process wouldn't be a problem accept I think think
that when the closed accounts disappears that my previous reports and budget
that relay on data thats in the closed account will get screwed up again
becuse the accounts are missing.
