If this were a single installation of Money, I would suggest
reinstallation, but since it has occurred with multiple installations,
my first instinct would be to ask about other software you have
installed containing an ad-blocking component, such as Norton Internet
Security which strips out what it perceives to be ad code, resulting in
this type of scripting error.

....when i select "No" to not Debug, it opens up the help window, no problem.
but every time i click on a new link inside the help window i get the same
runtime error and have to click "No". it's really annoying to have to do
this every single time i click on something in the help pane.
