| I don't know if this is your problem, but: 1) Copy the .MNY file from the CD to the hard disk in the directory where you want it to be (My Documents is a **very good idea**). 2) Then make sure in its file properties that it is not set to Read Only. 3) Finally, do NOT try to "import" it from Money. Just double-click on the file and Money should take it from there. | I was having some problems with my computer and so I had to reformat the hard drive. I saved my entire money file on a CD and when I reloaded money and tried to import that backup, it gives me an error message saying that the file is not a .mny file. I have several years of money on this CD...help. It is an older version of money. |
