Make an extra copy of your backup (singular?) onto other media while
you are thinking about it.

You could try the method listed for Money 2000 in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902466/en-us

Default Corrupt file

I have a corrupt Money 98 file. It won't open and when I try to run a repair
using the salvage utility, it tells the that it's an invalid database. Are
there any other options to try and restore this thing. The last good backup
is a month ago, but I was hoping to get this file up as opposed to the backup
file. I tried a data recovery company and they couldn't get into it. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
