| I just did this myself and I did have to uninstall 2001. When I installed 2004 I just went to File/Restore and I think there is an option that will even look for it on your hard disk. Hope this helps "Bob Peel, MVP" <Bob_Peel[at]kiandra.freeserve.co.uk> wrote in message news:er4%23GiBfDHA.2400[at]TK2MSFTNGP11.phx.gbl... - quote - > It doesn't matter. | It doesn't matter. Uninstalling first (using Control Pane > Add/Remove Programs) will not affect your *.mny file - but you might want to make a copy of the *.mny file elsewhere on your hard disk. -- Regards Bob Peel, Microsoft MVP - Money Hints/Tips http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny UK Wishes/Suggestions mnyukwsh[at]microsoft.com "Huang Qiliang" <huangqiliang[at]post1.com> wrote in message news:4ba501c37c09$91a78290$a601280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > I have bought Money 2004 Small Business. > Can anyone tell me if I have to uninstall my Money 2001 > first before installing M2004-SB or can I just install it > over Money 2001? > Thanks in advance. |

| I have bought Money 2004 Small Business. Can anyone tell me if I have to uninstall my Money 2001 first before installing M2004-SB or can I just install it over Money 2001? Thanks in advance. |
