| THANK JEBUS I FIXED IT! Just to expand on these instructions a little, the key for me was to click "stop using online services" for ALL my accounts before attempting to add any again.. bank, credit card, investing, etc, then go one by one and add them back in. MS Money support was 100% no help as well, big surprise. On Jul 25, 7:51 pm, o...[at]doky.com wrote: - quote - > I think I've found a fix. Second this approach. It took three or four tries, but it finally> You'll get the same error message until the "cows come home." You'll > have to: > 1. Install the pesky account all over again. > 2. | I think I've found a fix. Stop trying to get it to go...it won't. You'll get the same error message until the "cows come home." You'll have to: 1. Install the pesky account all over again. 2. Merge accounts. BUT, IT'S REALLY SIMPLE! Start with Number 1. Go to the "Account List" tab. Under "common tasks" on the left, select the first item "Add a new account." Add the account (bank or credit card) and go through all the steps. Now, you have two accounts with the same name. Which takes us to number 2. Go to the "Account List" tab. Under "other taks" on the left, select the first item "merge accounts." Find the account you just added, scroll down to the account like it and WA LA...you are done! Hope this helps. It only took me two days to figure it out...and that was with instructions! ![]() On Tue, 24 Jul 2007 16:42:05 -0700, katz <katz[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: - quote - > Is anyone esle getting this message? Since the "critical update" last week I get this most of the time. The occasional times Iget past this, I get error obres:22063 with "We're sorry. There is no additional information about this issue in the Error and Event Log Messages or Knowledge Base databases at this time." This happens to all my accounts that normally are updated through Yodlee. Completely broken since last week. I'm so happy with this "improved online banking experience" as Microsoft calls it. |
