| You don't mention which version of Money you are using. In M2004 the asset allocation function didn't work well at all. By M2007 it was mostly working. See http://umpmfaq.info/supplemental/AssetAllocation.pdf and http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=190. -- Bill Becker "Chris Cowles" wrote: - quote - > "theorbo" <reply[at]to-group.nfo> wrote in message > news:A1E88713-41EB-40A2-AA4C-694F4D1CA914[at]microsoft.com... > > How do I get the asset allocation for each fund > From the prospectus. > > and then where do I update it in Money so that my "asset allocation > > analysis" is more correct? > In 'details' for the investment > Be aware that the asset allocation tool is different from asset > allocation displayed in other parts of Money. From the prospectus.- quote - > and then where do I update it in Money so that my "asset allocation
In 'details' for the investment> analysis" is more correct? Be aware that the asset allocation tool is different from asset allocation displayed in other parts of Money. The tool permits assignment to only one class, and the list of choices is short. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL |

| I have several funds that I have with Principal Financial Group - most are 'proprietary' (not sure what the right word is) and there is no ready-to-use ticker symbol to plug into Money. How do I get the asset allocation for each fund and then where do I update it in Money so that my "asset allocation analysis" is more correct? Thanks, David |
