| Well, that's good to know - at least it's not localized to Money. I know that PayPal locked my account a couple times, thinking that it was unauthorized access (which turned out to be from Money's interface on the web.) Maybe they complained about it or something. Hopefully it'll be back or PayPal will start their own Money interface! | My guess is that the third party vendor MS uses to get updates from sites like PayPal removed the service because of PayPal's plans to update their site. I really think this was poor planning, though. Incidentally, Quicken no longer has automatic connections to PayPal either. Looks like maybe PayPal is the one that has screwed us over... | Yeah, I know I can download the transactions , but what I want is the fuctionality back that does the automatic updates! It was there before the "update", and now it's gone. WTF!?!?!?!? Why did Microsoft take it out? If you save it to disk, you can File-> Import-> DownloadStatement from within Money. That is not as easy as an automatic update; it is easier than making entries manually if you have several transactions. |

| I've been using Money 2k7 for a while now (2k6 and 2k5 as well), and I've been able to do online updates for my PayPal account by setting Money upt o sync with the "PayPal - Money Market Funds" online banking. However, after this update (which I've just done), there is no longer an entry for *any* PayPal online service. WTF?!?!?!? It was there prior to the "update", it worked fine, but now it's gone?!?!? I've looked thru any of the other ones, hoping that it was called something different, but there's nothing. Not sure what to do, other than do the entries manually; though it's a PITA, I can do it. I'd prefer it to update automatically, like it did before! |
