It depends what version of Money you are using. In more recent versions,
all you needed to to was to go to your connect screen and hold down CTRL and
Shift and click Cancel. Money should ask you if you want to clear the
previously uncompleted call. In earlier versions, you needed to delete a
couple of files---either .npc and .npd or .snd and .rcv.

Default can't re-initiate e-pay from previous call

I am unable to send an e-pay because a problem occurred
with a previous "call". This issue happened once before
and Microsoft walked me through a process to delete the
previous call via wordpad, but I have forgotten what it
was or how to find it.
