Merging the accounts is exactly what you'll want to do.
So use the Merge Accounts option in the Account List to combine the two.

pay which just one long list of paid and scheduled bills but no relation to
my bank account the bill money comes from. So what I have to do is manually
input the information to my bank account for future payments. Instead of the
MSN bill pay account knowing hey this comes out of this mans bank account. I
guess in a round about way I am trying to ask are you able to merge the 2
accounts together so they run in unison??
