Whenever I've had the problem of apays that aren't manageable from Money,
I've called the bank that holds the account and they were able to cancel it
on their end. The next time I synched Money with that bank, the apay was
gone. I think you should try calling the bank again and asking them to
cancel the apay. As I understand it, epays come from Money to the bank, but
the repetitive payments in an apay are coming from the bank to Money.

Future epays should be in your check register. You should be able to cancel
them there using Void or Delete (but then answer Yes to the question of sending
a cancellation message).

The Apay models, at least in the versions I have used, are NOT kept in Money,
but rather are kept at your bill-paying provider.

To cancel future Apays, where the merchant does not show up, I believe you will
have to go to your billing service provider to cancel the model. If you are
using MSN Bill Pay, you can cancel the model by logging on to their web site.
If you are using CheckFree or your Bank, you will have to contact them directly
by phone.

Using Money Basic 2005

How do I cancel all future epays/apays when the merchant does not appear in
the "Bills" window. The epay/apay merchant was probably started in an earlier
version of Money.
