If you just don't want to see old data - in any register you have a dropdown on top called View: from where you can select to see the data for the last 12 months only. I know once you set this setting for an account, it sticks. You may need to set it for each account. Would this accomplish what you want to do? If not - can you share some insight into why you want to do this? |

| I have carried forward MS money information for several years. I would like to close out and remove all years prior to 2007. I have yet to figure out how to do it. I no longer need to see information from the year 2003. How do I get rid of all information quickly and easy up through 12/31/2006. I also have multiple accounts and want to save then delete the information of all but one. If someone would be so kind as to answer these two questions I would be grateful. Thanks! |
