for anyone interested i figure out my problem.

i had a paycheck from back in early May that i never entered in the
register (i have it setup as a bi-monthly bill/deposit) because i did
not have pay stub to reconcile it with. today when i finally did enter
it into the register i was able to match it with the duplicate. once i
did that i was able to match all the current duplicates without any
problem. it look like to me that this is some sort edge case scenario
that wasn't handled right or there is something i just don't get with
how the matching is suppose to work, but i had tried configuring the
option to match within 99 days when i was originally seeing the
problem because i knew i had this situation...i would be interested to
know if anyone else has ever seen this behavior.

i have epay setup for a credit card and i made a payment using it 10
days ago and it cleared my bank...when i download my bank history
money 2007 deluxe it did not match the transaction like usual for this
epay. so, when i try manually do this, it is not in my list of
possible transactions to match. in fact the entire list has only 2
options and no grayed out options to choose from. what the heck is
going on?
