| I'm having problems using online services with chase. I have 3 credit cards with them and when I run the wizard to connect, it finds the 3 credit cards, however it wont let me match up the third card. All 3 of these cards already exist in my money file but for some reason it will only match up 2 accounts... the 3rd account doesn't appear in the drop down list for accounts to match up. I THINK the problem is because the 3rd card was previously First USA which was merged into chase or soemthing like that. How can I remove First USA as an online service on that one card so I can set it up with Chase as the online service provider? When I try to to "change account settings" then change the financial institution to chase from first usa. it says You cannot change the financial institution for this account because it is setup for online services. You should use the RENAME button on the contact information page for this institution. ok |
