| (1) If you continue with the same MS Money file (i.e., letting MS Money 2004 convert your file) then your Bill Pay service should still be properly set up to work with MS Money 2004. However, if you're talking about the 12 free months of online Bill Pay, then that's another issue altogether. First, you must use MSN Bill Pay to get the 12 free months. If you're already using MSN Bill Pay and just want the 12 additional free months, I'd suggest contacting MSN Bill Pay Customer Service and have them give you the scoop on what you need to do. I was originally told that I'd have to cancel my existing MSN Bill Pay account and open a new one (including new setup of Payees, etc.) in order to get my free months. During a subsequent phone call, I was told that my free months could be added to my existing account. I went that route but not without encountering a couple of glitches. (2) The 3 years of online services means that online services (Quote download, bank statement download, Bill Pay, etc.) will be enabled for MS Money 2004 for 3 years. The 1 year that you refer to is the period that MSN Bill Pay will be FREE. | I have 2 questions for anyone who has upgraded from Deluxe 2003 to Deluxe 2004. 1) If I upgrade from Money 2003 Deluxe to Money 2004 deluxe, can I continiue my online BP using the same account info or do I have to start a new BP service? If a new one is not required, does the software walk you through the process at setup time? 2)If I look at the Money comparision chart: http://www.microsoft.com/money/info/comparison.asp It says you get 3 years online services for Money Deluxe. Is this correct? Because here it says you only get 1 year: http://www.microsoft.com/money/info/services.asp Thanks, Jack |
