You're talking about "imputed income". See

Default Taxable Payroll Allowances

Anyone have a solution for tracking non-cash taxable payroll allowances
(i.e., housing/vehicle)? These show up on my pay stub as income but don't
reflect in the net pay.

The only solution I've come up with is to create an expense category for the
after tax deductions to off-set the income so my net pay comes out right.
