Also, do you download transaction data for this account? Have you tried the
file repair method(s)? Do you have another investment account that it
does/doesn't work for? When did it last work? Are you aware of what might
have changed since? Have you tried another file? A backup file? The sample
file? When you say "account summary" are you talking about the third choice
in Investment Transactions, Cash Transactions, and Account Summary off to
the left of the register? Those are all things that also come to mind that
might give somebody some clues as to what's going on in your situation and
make sure we understand your situation.
